Positions We Often Hire For

  • Mason

We’re looking for an experienced Mason with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in residential, commercial, or heritage projects. This role involves constructing and repairing patios, walls, walkways, and other masonry features using brick, stone, and veneer with precision and attention to detail. You should be comfortable reading blueprints, working independently or as part of a team, and mentoring apprentices when needed. A strong work ethic, passion for craftsmanship, and a valid driver’s license are essential. Owning your own masonry tools is required, and Red Seal certification is a plus.

  • Skilled Labourer

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with at least 3 years of experience in hardscaping or masonry to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about quality craftsmanship, eager to learn from experienced tradespeople, and comfortable working outdoors in a physically demanding environment. You’ll assist in building patios, retaining walls, pergolas, fences, and other landscape features, while also helping with site prep, material handling, and tool organization. A valid driver’s license, strong teamwork skills, and experience with natural stone, brick, or carpentry are definite assets.

  • Hardscaper

We’re seeking a skilled Hardscaper with a solid background in building outdoor structures such as patios, retaining walls, walkways, and other landscape features using natural stone, concrete, and pavers. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience operating tools and equipment, reading site plans, managing grading and drainage, and ensuring the quality and durability of every install. You should be physically fit, detail-oriented, and capable of leading or supporting a crew on-site. A strong work ethic, respect for safety protocols, and a valid driver’s license are essential. Experience with excavation, machinery, or carpentry is a strong asset.
